One major sin in the comic so far is that as much as Geisha's already picked up a following, I've yet to draw him in a stand-alone, menacing pose. Part of this is that Geisha's not been drawn in a while, and the other is that 7 snakes + 4 limbs = a pain in the ass even on a good day.
Heck, even on this one for the RPG book, I copped out on the lower arms. And yes, she's "topless", not that it really matters when there's no nipples worth hiding. (Female Kendrils have an expanded ribcage, which makes it a more trapezoidal silhouette that looks about right under clothes... but sorta boxy and creepy by themselves.)
One of the things I wanted to make clear is that aside from a few species-wide things -- they're big, scaly, four-armed, split-jawed, and the snakes are positioned differently based on sex -- there's a lot of variation between Kendril, most notably in having two or four eyes, the placement of various horns and spikes (if any), etc. Some of these are racial traits between the various Kendril, which tends to confuse the crap out of newcomers, because they're not used to seeing more than just a few differences in color among other species.
... of course, the real crime is that about half of this'll need to be cropped off to fit in the book. Oops. >_>

Think of them as personality fragments -- i.e. they all share the same intelligence and long-term memory, but short-term memory is all a little different and they're all thinking slightly different things at any given time. There's a certain amount of "reflex" they'll all share (since working together, they have 360-degree vision), but it's basically Persistant Multiple Personalities.
