I just wacthed Harry Potter The Order of the Pheonix last weekend -____-; and though it's been more then 2 years since I read that book, I can still remember how Rowling described Viktor Krum. Was really displeased with the chosen actor & his looks and there were many other characters whose actors I would've wanted to change -___-...
Anyways I scribbled my image of Viktor Krum during the same night while my gf and her friend wathed PotC: Dead man's Chest and the outcome is this...hope ya like it 'cause I don't hate it ^^

I do also prefer the image I had of him inside my head ... and also the cover illustration by Mika Launis also helped a bit: http://koti.mbnet.fi/hormi/kuvat/kirjat/4.gif He's got a sizeable nose, too.
I like your version of him too, though. :3

Yeah, sometimes I wish I could do something that great but with my talents: no way!
Pastels and paints hate me ;___;
All I can do even somewhat properly is draw skethes of hands...and i've heard my sketches look overall better than my inked and coloured works...*sigh*
Can't help it...I just hate to leave things unfinished...

Yeah ... paints hate me too. The most difficult medium must be water colour - I always seem to mess it up. >.<
Then my sisters stole my coloured pencils and the other one lost my markers ... Thankfully a friend sent me a few markers in mail (from Malaysia! wow) but there aren't many of them to work with ...
And my younger sister also ruined my guache buttons and borrowed my ink nibs without permission. THANK YOU... DX

Ouch! I'm glad my sister is satisfied with the old coloured oencils I've given to her and my brother wouldn't dare to touch my pencils in fear of flying against the wall a second time (I admit there's been times when I've kicked and yelled at him for touching my inks without permission as he has written down something). As of my markers: I'd need more marker paper and more colours to use them again. Now i'm just afraid they've dried up because I haven't had a chance to put them in use for a long time. *sigh*
