It seems that your biggest weakness in this piece is the chest area:
He has no real definition for his neck, shoulders, and elbows.

The box of cookies is also very questionable, since there appears to be no depth to the actual box, and I can't understand the way he is supposed to be holding the box.

I really like how you applied color around the character in a non-distracting way: the simple strokes of green accent him very nicely!

I'm surprised how well you did the legs, considering I do not see a lot of feral-like pieces in your gallery, the anatomy on them is spot-on.

I would say that the anatomy of the legs, along with how you accented his white fur with blue colored pencil(?), appealed to me the most.

Also, this is adorable awesome, but clearly, coming from me, that's extremely biased <3 <3 <3

it is sooo friggen cute, seriously! His ears are rounded adorably, which usually people draw them all straight edged like TRIANGLES...instead of their adorable roundyness; WHICH YOU DID, SIR. FFFFFF, he's so fluffy. <333 You even did his teeth showing cuteness expression ^3^ THING. ffff <3
