this Picture would be after Radiance in a Non Cannon Ending I'm calling the family ending, Ghost enters the Hollow Knight, and fights the radiance. but instead of killing her with void. They are able to convince the Radiance to turn back to normal and accept passing on. However to make sure her will is still around, She forces Ghost to accept the rest of her with in them without void destroying her. Ghost agrees.

Thanks to this, Hollow Knight is spared and allowed to live, re-uniting with his little sister Hornet. Hornet deciding it's over picks up Ghost and leaves the egg with Hollow Knight for them to rebuild Hollow Nest together.

Thanks to the Radiances will being in Ghost. Ghost can use that to cure the last of the infection. However a weak form of the infection lives within them like a weaken virus lives in a vaccine. The problem is it tends to leak and make a harmless mess. A mess that Hollow Knight refuses to clean for having PTSD, making Hornet have to clean it much to her irritation. Hornet having enough of cleaning up Ghost's mess, diapers her little sibling much to Ghost's dismay and Hollow Knight's amusement, teasing the savior for new padded armor. Hornet of course tells Hollow Knight to stop or he'll be on diaper duty too, no matter if he passes out.

As much as the diapers worked, they didn't held much making Hornet have to up the diapers she bought thickness. which leads us here. Every time the diapers got thicker, they would hold more at one huge cost. Lifting Ghost from the ground and now, they used the diaper too much that their feet can't touch the ground! So in this Picture Ghost is panicking crying for Hornet and Hollow Knight. But I'm pretty sure their older sibling would just laugh at their cute panicking
