the double pointed hem line on the tunic, and the 19th century facings tend to be a dead giveaway of the anime influence. The Austro-Hungarian Uniform of 1912, and then the British Officer's look from the following year, set the tone for Dress uniforms until the 1970's and still influence things today, a little.
