Laz ("Laws/Lozz") is a former stage magician with hallucinogenic smoke powers. He and Chiko clashed at first over a misunderstanding, but have since ceased fire after identifying their familial relation.

The greatest shock to OP!Chiko is that he even HAS siblings! But way worse, Laz even claims their father likely sold him into slavery as a baby...
