As Izuku continues to pump the weight, he begins to feel his arm growing heavier in addition to the weight. He takes a curious glance down to find his sleeve bulging with muscle. Much more than just any normal pump should provide. He notices his hands are a bit plumper than before; the nails sharper and longer.
