SONA EVOLUTION
One of my mates did this and I thought it looked like fun, and I was right. I had a blast going through my sonas throughout the years and redrawing them.
...But I'd be lying if I said that going down memory lane was an existential crisis and resurfaced what I thought were invisible wounds that have long since healed. Sc: But luckily, due to support from friends and also my shrink, I was able to interpret these feelings into constructive, manageable blocks that I'm able to metaphorically "build" a foundation for something new for me to work on.
Truthfully, I never had a solid social circle. It was never something I was able to keep or learn to manage until recently. It was always difficult for me to create friendships as well as maintaining them, and that took part in my depression and anxiety when it came to making peace with my place in the world since social health is a crucial part of being a human being. I'm still struggling with it to this day, but it's a work in progress like everything else in my life. Haha. (c,:
