Here’s another look at that same 1973 Citroën SM that I featured last week. This time, we can see that the front has a clear plastic trim piece over the headlights (which had basically flat faces back in the day) and curving up from the front of the bumper to the hood. It gave the SM a very sleek and futuristic look while making the vehicle more aerodynamic.

Hell yess! Theese were quite-a-step forward, back in the day. Actually, screw the "back in the day" thing, they had something, modern shoppers would never have. (Either because it's considered "too good" for an average person, or nobody cares to have something that works swell, in the world of single-use appliances)
