And yep, 'Taur' is short hand for centaur and other such four legs with humanoid upper body.
Satyr and Faun are basically the same, two furry legs, horse or goat (or deer in cases). If you wanna get extra specific: Satyrs are horses, Fauns are goats, but almost no one gets that specific. It's another one of those greek vs roman versions things.
