It would take a bit to explain the whole story and it would spoil some plans i have but.... I the AU that Astral and Borealis are both is paired with another Mirror Universe, Astral is from that universe and due to some funny hijinks that him and Borealis get up to as apart of their adventured Borealis and Astral end up species swapped but in the others Universe Borealis found a way back to his and disrupted the space time continuum and as a result got Palkias attention. Palkia settled the matter allowing them both to be in the same Universe but.... their agreement with him prevents them from Species swaping so this is a poke at that lol,
