It will chop your head off.
Looks similar to an ALCO radiator, ALCO RS units such as the RS3 had a head-level large horizontal fan that spun off a magnetic clutch off the engine shaft with a 90d gear box and turned at engine speed. The air flow usually was so powerfull you couldn't open that access hatch.
