I can tell you which tracks are the active ones..
Look at the first two tracks further away from the tracks he is standing on..
Those are active and the third track he is standing on is not because there is no need for it. You rarely see triple track used unless it is in a huge city, busy artery, or Nebraska between North Platte and Gibbon Junction NE.
I can tell you a train ain't been on track three for years just by the way it looks compared with the active two mains on the far side.
There is no reason to have three tracks because the Martinez Sub is not as busy as it once was.
