Resulting from the "A Sticky Start" chapter of Pastella Dust, Konpeito is the first member of Pastella's team.

While she's just a Joltik, Pastella only enters her in cute contests. The little rascal loves anything sweet and if she isn't given treats- she'll resort to munching on anything electric.
Once Konpeito evolves, then Pastella will be having her go into trainer battles and the like. For now, it's just playing it safe with battle training only either weaker pokemon or her own pokemon.
