Say hello to a New OC that I have made his name is Hyvolt Bibracae and he a latios with a bards heart and soul. He loves his lute and singing to those who enjoy a good melody. He only has one real problem in life his Parents.... yeah, i know that very original lol hear me out. In the world that my Pokemon OCs live in Legendary Pokemon such as Hyvolt are considered Royalty and are respected but they are upheld to a social standard like the royals of the human world. So Hyvolt loathes this cause he feels restricted to a life of decorum, rigidity and lack of simplicity simply cause of what he was. So he left home and ventures from town to town singing his songs and getting some unusual looks with people asking "why is a latios floating from town to town like a impoverished mistral?" and this he loves, he eventually discovered Borealis during his travels and agreed to join Team Valor as rescue team member. His Parents however had different plans, the want him to return and get training to take over his fathers position in the council. so his sister Mystellia (bless her heart) run interference sending their parents on wild swanna chases looking for him. If only they saw his happyness that his sister see only time will tell.
