The Articuno is Fei Xing-Li, someone that Vena knew from a couple of years ago. A Martial Artist who's skilled with the Bo Staff.
The Masked Lucario refers to himself as Mr. Hadou. If you can already guess, He's inspired by Mr. Karate from Art of Fighting. Only that he's wearing a Blaziken Mask.
