A no refunds or exchanges policy makes customer service an interesting experience, but the staff do their best to make sure everyone leaves a good review. Unfortunately, they don't take reviews from chocobos... nor do they care much about a chocobo's opinion on offering them as a prize to the first high roller who asks.
This particular high roller seems to prefer aesthetics to function, bottomless pockets for color-changing fruit, and no sense of color theory, so I may be stuck in the stable for... the forseeable future?
