By the looks of it yeah as it will be the Red Baron aircraft so ww1 markings

It was also used by Prussia during 1813 when it was given to all ranks in their military as a distinguished service decoration and on their war flags accompanied by a black eagle, then the german empire, then by the german military during ww2, and the American military, mainly marines and army, still use it to this day as a marksmanship decoration.
