Iphicles is a member of of team Yin-Yang. They are among the schools bullies. Yin-Yang was started by Helia who insisted on finding other dual-types like herself. Iphicles fits the bill, being a Bug/Fighting type.
Iphicles will tell jokes, act funny, get close up by being friendly - and steal your wallet. It's nearly impossible to catch him at it, though. Iphicles believes there is no pocket he can't pick nor lock he can't bypass. He even relishes hacking into computers. He can use brute strength to rob someone when he needs, but prefers not to be so thuggish.
