The Wind-Cannon is a technique that Vosur Aekira came across by accident. After he learned how to manipulate the air around himself as a defensive technique, causing a 'shield' of swirling air around himself, he started trying to contain the energy of the swirling air in his hands instead of freely spinning around himself. His experimentation didn't yield results at first, but he kept on. In his frustration of not seeing any visible results, he reached his right-hand to his left-wrist and slung both in a forward-swing motion. What came afterwards was the surprise, a small patch of grass was uprooted in front of him, though he couldn't exactly see the cause of it. Snapping the fingers of his left hand yielded another surprise as at the end of the ripped-up grass burst open as if someone put a powerful fire cracker under the ground and lit it.
He continued his experimentation until he could see what was going on. But by then, the orb he would create had grown in size and in power, making it an offensive technique.
