The stream started like any other: a sign saying “Charity Livestream,Be there in a few!”, intro music playing on repeat,the chat buzzing with excitement. And then,the card disappeared,and the livestreamer walked in: a tall,stocky,chestnut colored horse with a reddish mane and a massive, full-term pregnant belly, bared for the camera. He sat down, putting on his headphones and whipping out his controller.
“Hey Guys,it’s TheVern, and today, we’re playing Hell Bullet 5 for charity! I’m playing for Hybrid Fertility International,a nonprofit organization researching how to make hybrids like mules and ligers fertile! Why,do you ask,am I playing for this charity?Well,my cousin’s a mule,and as for the fertility bit well…” He stroked his belly slowly, “I think you know why.”
He didn’t like leaving his belly bare, but he knew the fans would be upset if he never showed it.He had been a semi-pro gamer since before his pregnancy,and he and his girlfriend Nelline would sometimes game together,but his popularity boomed when he announced his pregnancy, and he milked it to the best of his ability,wearing midriff-exposing clothing and renovating his channel so that it was now simultaneously a family channel and a gaming channel,with an onlyfans channel for the more non-PG aspects of their relationship.

Nell was thinking of Zachariah and Amelie for names,but-” he was suddenly cut off when he gasped slightly in pain and surprise and held his belly,shutting his eyes and gritting his teeth for a minute,before getting back up noticing he hadn’t paused and was almost at no health “GAH! Damn Braxton Hicks…been having’em since yesterday” he said as he paused and started rubbing more deeply,with both hands to calm the now very upset foals before unpausing and masterfully recovering.
“Anyway,I want them to be called Vernon Jr. and Vernette,but seems too matchy-matchy for he-GRRH-” He paused this time,huffing and puffing through a brutal contraction for about 2 minutes. “Okay…” he said, still panting, “that’s not good. Well then, I'm going to beat this boss,and then expect a labor livestream…” Sure enough, he beat the boss in 5 minutes flat, turned off the game camera so that it was just him, and then stood up and bent over to look at the camera.
“Wow! 15,000 bucks and counting! I...I’m stunned!We’ve never gotten this far!Thank you all so much-AAGH!” He grasped his belly and balled up for that one.About 5 minutes later he stood back up, his kick-filled belly taking up the entire screen. “Well, be on deck for my labor livestream in about 20 minutes!” she said,panting. He turned around,revealing the side of his belly,which barely fit on camera. He caressed it a few times,said goodbye,and turned off the camera.

20 MINUTES LATER: In the hospital now, Vernon is lying in a cot, wearing a hospital gown so tight on his belly that you could still see the kicks. “He...Hey guys!” he said weakly,without any of his usual pep. “It’s that time! my water broke on the way here and the twins aren’t having it,” He said as he gritted through another contraction “Christ on a cracker,it’s like I’m carrying Chun-lee and E.Honda in the same place with the way they kick and punch. Nell,could you please calm them down?” a tall horse with a flowing blond mane, silky black fur, a blond diamond of fur on her forehead entered the screen “Of course,dearest.”,she said lightly. Nelline held his hand in one hand while rubbing his belly with the other, cooing softly to the furious foals within. Vernon roared with pain as another contraction hit. A cat-like doctor rose up onto the screen.
“You're crowning already! How long have you been in labor before you came here?”
“About a day and a half” replied Nelline
“A day and a half?! You should have been here sooner! You’re lucky you got here in time!”
“We thought they were just-”
Vernon had the first twin,a boy.
“Which one was it?” asked Vernon seconds before another push.
“Zacharia!”
Vernon delivered the other.
“S...so...you didn’t agree with my choice?”
“well,see,I was thinking we would call our son Zacharia Vernon,and our daughter could be Amalie Nelline.”
“...good idea.”
3 days later,they brought the babies home.Practically as soon as he walked through the door,Vernon took out the camera,hit record,and showed the little ones to the world,with Vernon proudly declaring that they may one day be better gamers than him,and ended the video with “what game should we play next?”
