It is a beautiful piece. Have you done that trick where you point the camera at the north star and leave the shutter...I dont know how to explain it, my brother did it a long time ago. It makes all the starts look like speed lines as they go in a circle from the earth's rotation.
Yep! One problem with this... still have 30 second shutter as max, and if you use the "bulb" setting where you keep your finger planted on the shutter you inevitably get a lot of camera jitter, regardless of how steady you think your hand is. I might do it again sometime with this stacking software, but on good clear nights, there's better targets. I've been waiting to post the pictures of Andromeda I got! No, sorry, just a fuzzy blob. But I got it, and I'll get it much better next time!!!
