I'll take your word for it! I never could get into green tea, I must have some sort of gene that makes it taste like wet grass to me. XD

Honestly? I could totally see that working with enough sugar! Ever heard of an Indian sweet called "gajar ka halwah?" It's basically carrot fudge and I know it sounds awful but I love it-- and I don't even like carrots.

(EDIT: Looks like Salt and Straw even does a "carrot cake praline" flavor! But then, Salt and Straw would probably try to make ice cream out of prairie oysters and threepenny nails, so that might not necessarily indicate it's a good idea. :D )
