Hiya,
That was the character I commissioned for the Pokemon Combat Academy or at least initially it was for the PCA. I haven't made much story for him yet and I'm still thinking of a name. Tends to be the silent loner type demeanor in the public eye although his nature is closer to that of a berserker. To most he is the shy quiet guy until provoked. His father is a Glaceon so he has inherited Ice Fang and can have a rather cold bite. Of course, biting would be uncivilized now wouldn't it. :)
