I think we all have been there. and if you haven't I'm here to tell you that its one of the hardest things you'll ever have to go through
over a year ago, i said goodbye to my best friend, and it is the hardest thing I've ever gone through, i still grieve over him to this day. it doesn't get easier.
he wasn't just a dog. he was so much more, i miss him every day but i hope now he is in a better place and is happy.
people underestimate how hard it is to say good bye to a dog.. its a lot harder then i thought.

I still mourn over my childhood dog Leo who was a Saint bernard. He was the sweetest and most loving and,pretty much, best friend I had. I still miss him so many years later but as long as I remember him I know I honor him in one way or another. Don't forget the good times you had with him and do him proud by going strong through you life. Somehwere, at some time, he will still walk by your side. Silently and ever vigilant to support you as he had always done.
