Joule is a rather chipper thing. they like mischievously eating the electricity out of various things in order to fill their belly, only stopping once the neon gasses in their belly expand and cause them to act a bit more soothed and calm. even if they stop on their own, they won't turn down even more electricity, turning their belly into an elastic nightlight several times their size.
