And as Cuetz stood by with his chanting. he then zapped his voodoo self and voodoo Napther. this then caused a change within Cuetz's appearance as he started to grow larger from his 30 foot size. but not only that, Cuetz had started to grow some muscle but much more noticeably, his own stomach started expanding considerably a lot more. and soon enough the cave would cramble as Cuetz's size grew larger and larger.

And here we have part 2! and to basically explain what happened, in a nutshell Cuetz had used his voodoo magic to copy Napther's physical strength and as you can tell, Cuetz had grown a rather decently large "bloated Belly".
