TERMS (PLEASE READ IF YOU INTEND TO COMMISSION ME)

I CAN write the following:

- Action/adventure
- Clean romance, slice of life stuff
- Rule 34 content, provided the characters are age of consent (no need to get me into trouble)
- Cheating, light cuckolding (not heavy on humiliation).
- I will gladly write incest and impregnation scenes!
- All orientations/genders/sexes allowed, including intersex; in fact, I'd be glad to do intersex in general!
- If you want me to write R34 material, ask me first- I'm comfortable with some (I can easily do Star Wars and Star Fox), while others may require a bit of research, and still others will be a hard no. But it doesn't hurt to ask!
- Erotic content using my characters may be fine, depending on what's being written- see below for what's restricted
- Side-chapters involving my series, using new or established characters, will be fine if they don't break the character- an extra $5 fee will be added for each of my characters you intend to use (assuming they have a large role in the story instead of just being a cameo)


I will NOT write the following:

- Violent sex (any penetration that deliberately draws blood or causes extreme injury); virginity-breaking, mating bites, erotic clawing of the back, and humorous or hyper-based bulging is fine
- Gore in sex
- Scat/Watersports
- Vore
- Full on rape (Semi-NC is okay)
- Oviposition (not that it's a turn-off, I just wouldn't know how to write it)
- Diaper/babyfur/infants
- Castration/general genital mutilation
- Extreme fat/morbid obesity/overeating/vomit (I seriously did not know the last thing was actually a thing)

Addendum: I have severe reservations against my characters being used for commissioned pieces, if the plot calls on them to act in a way contrary to their behavior and personalities. Ask me first.

There may be other topics I may not write, so ask if you're not sure!!!


What you can do with the commission:

- You can post it on any site you would like (that will let you), as long as you credit me as the writer. And please be nice enough to link back to my SoFurry userpage, it really helps me. ^_^
- For no extra charge, you can request me to hold off on uploading it anywhere until you've had a chance to upload it first, in case you want to use the piece to draw attention to your page. I will wait only up to a week before I post it myself, though.
- You can pair it with any artwork you've made, provided you credit me as the writer. If you do, I'd much appreciate you linking me to it, because I like art, and I like seeing what I write being drawn artistically. :3
- You can ask me to make minor or major edits to the piece later on. There will be $5 fee for minor edits and $7 for major edits, on compositions that have been done more than three months prior; compositions before that can be edited for free.
- You can ask for the piece to be ghost-written- but there will be a substantial increase in cost involved that I am willing to negotiate


What you can't do with the commission:

- You cannot claim the composition as your own unless you have asked and paid for a ghost-write. I retain rights to the creation, including using the composition as I see fit (original characters are still retained by commissioner or other parties, however); though I will definitely ask for approval if I decide to use a composition in a certain way if it involves someone else's characters, and give credit in that regard. Don't attempt to screw me on this, either; I keep copies of each iteration of the product over time.
- You cannot use the composition to make money unless you've discussed it with me first; I'll likely not charge you extra unless it's something -big-.
- You cannot make major edits to the composition on your own without my approval first.



So, how do you commission me?

- First, BE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU'VE READ EVERYTHING ABOVE!!! I won't hold it against anybody if they skip the rules, but it will save alot of headache for both the commissioner and the writer if you know what you can and can't get.

- Use the commission sheet link at the top of the description and fill out the form; follow the directions, and add any details you'd like to see in the commission. Send it via PM with the subject titled: "Commission Request) [Your Username]"! Add what target you want me to aim for (how many words total), the number of characters, the pairing (m/f, m/m, clean, etc..) and the setting. If you can think of anything that can help me write what you want, let me know! Be sure to add a point of contact that I can reach you at so I can get more details as soon as possible, when necessary!

- If you don't know how long you want the composition to be, you can give me an outline, plot, or series of acts to work on instead; I will attempt to estimate how long the composition will take, and from there I can give you an estimation, or we can wait and see how long it will take. You can give me both a general plot and a word count, but be warned- sometimes it's difficult to reliably fit everything you want within a set amount of words. It's unfeasible to ask for a plot that takes more than a day, to fit in 5,000 words- please try to be realistic.

- Let me say it again- PLEASE TRY TO BE REALISTIC!!! That doesn't mean you aren't allowed to fantasize about what it is you want. Just don't give me a 3,000 word limit and then tell me to write 5-6 sex positions + story. Consider the pacing as well.

- When giving me the details of what it is you want, I ask that you be as clear and concise as possible while you do so. It is a massive headache to have to read a huge block of text with no punctuation, no sentence structure, and poor spelling. It will take some time just to write an outline of the commission without having to repeatedly look back to figure out what it is someone wants.


Alright, so how do you send monies?

First- Remember that the prices are in USD.

Second- I am open to discussion on when and how to send payment through. I can negotiate if the commissioner wants to pay in installments, but it may result in stalling work on the composition if it causes backup in the queue.

Third- Use the Pay For Goods and Services option. I will cover the fee, it will be deducted from the payment.

Fourth- Consistent failure to pay upon completion, or if I strongly suspect I will not be getting paid, will result in a full edit of the composition and uploading it on my own terms as my own works, followed by a blacklist which I will post publicly and share. I can understand financial circumstances being dire, but if you can't pay for something, then don't ask for it. I can work with you if you let me, but you have to tell me these things.

Fifth- You are very welcome to ask for an update on the composition! I encourage it, in fact, as it can help pressure me (in a good way) to keep me on track, as well as discuss any edits, deviations, or potential increases or decreases in cost. Just keep in mind that I have a life to live, and that writing is just a part of it; I won't drop a commission just because someone keeps asking for a daily update, but I may hold off on responding if I feel overwhelmed. Because I don't have a 100% set-in-stone writing schedule, I unfortunately can't give you a reliable time frame on when a piece will be completed- the best I can offer is a writing pace that won't result in mistakes.
