Finally, after 5 years in the works, I got to draw the logo in the comic for once XD at this rate it'll still take me forever to get the damn thing done, but I'm willing to invest that time as it's a story that's very dear to me personally.
I'm making this post here, a) because I wanted to show this off to a wider audience, and b) because apparently still not everyone has understood that the story has actually continued for quite a while over on it's own account. If you're one of that crowd, you're in for a treat, with over 100 pages of story to catch up on right over here :3
Another reason is that some people have been asking me how they could support me : well, Forest Tails has a patreon too. It runs on a per upload basis as a tip jar system, with some very limited extra stuff for a single higher tier option, specifically to avoid paywalling my content, so if you just want to support me and what I do as an artist, this is a good option.
Alternatively, I also have a Ko-Fi, for those who can't or don't want to have a patreon account.
Both options are accessible via the front page, or the image descriptions in the story page uploads :3
Anywho, I'll be uploading some commissioned work again soon and poooootentially opening for a new batch in the course of the month, so stay tuned everybody!

It wasn't at the time, actually. Forest Tails began publication ~ a year before Zootopia came out, but the parallels in character are obviously there, plus I did do that one image of Nele and Tobur ina cosplay. I definitely acknowledge the compatibility, though I would argue the message is a different one X3
Dude......I LOVE THIS. A rabbit hugging a fox right around the soft zone, makes him look just a little more vulnerable around his meek prey friend. Additionally, I like that you keep anatomy intact while keeping this image completely innocent.
Their poses, proportions, and expressions are just wonderful, and the simple background adds warmth without distracting from these lovely sweethearts. It's all just beautiful.

Tobur is a big softie in a lot of ways, so no matter where Nele hugs him, she's liable to lose her paws in the fur X3 anatomy will remain intact throughout the entire story. Innocence I can't guarantee for.
