Elom is second in command of team P. This is the team of pranksters and class clowns. They are senior level pokemon who have no real intersest or desire to be in the academy but somehow ended up there anyway. In the case of Elom he once was intersted in fighting when he was much younger and an Onix. His older siblings were always teasing him, however and one of them once taunted him with a Metal Coat, saying if he were really the great fighter he said, he'd be able to use it to evolve. Later that night Elom left his home - he was found the next day passed out beneath his favorite work-out spot, evolved into a Steelix. He remained in a coma for weeks and when he revived his personality had become warped. He was now more intersted in practical jokes than in fighting. He went on to the academy because it had once been his dream, though he really felt nothing for it anymore. All he wanted to do was play jokes but he rememberd how much the academy ment to him once and figured it was a good a way as any to spend time. He is wearing a joy buzzer, one of many he has custom made to affect different types of pokemon.
Team 'P' is not the only team of pranksters (though they're the only ones I'm drawing). I figure the Juniors have a team 'B', sophmores have a team '&' and Freshmen have a team 'J'.
