Whenever I used illustration board it was usually No. 27 smooth. Although sometimes I have tried the slightly rougher PK 5 but prefer the smoother 27.
This is an unusual scene and it has been well done. I'm glad that you drew on disk brakes instead of the older center pull type found on older bikes. I also like the "bus" type handlebars, ( called so by my friends because they make the bike handle like a large vehicle. )
Watercolors are finicky things to work with and anyone who can combine those with acrylics get a tip of the hat from me. ( I tried acrylics once but they were a major pain in the ass. )
