Happy Halloween!
Spectrall, the Remnant pokemon
Spectrall is a small ghost-type pokemon whose forme changes depending on where it is encountered. Its Damp Forme is found via fishing and surfing, its Field Forme is found in patches of long grass, and its Gloomy Forme is found in caves and other dark places. Spectrall is created when Missingno drains the lifeforce out of a pokemon, its remaining energies forming a phantasmal barrier around its soul. Spectrall do not recall what they were before they died but sometimes remember enough about their former lives to return to places that meant a lot to them. Spectrall evolves into Okuchomp if given a Torn Sailcloth, into Phantern if given a Tattered Lantern, or into Polterock if given a Broken Marker.
Okuchomp, the Ghost Fang pokemon
Okuchomp is a medium-sized ghost and water-type pokemon that haunts the shallow waters and reefs of the Osai region. They use their unbreakable teeth to crunch through living pokemon and ghosts to sate their eternal hunger. It is said that is an okuchomp's hunger can be fully satisfied it can depart for the afterlife in peace, though this has never been documented - even a satiated okuchomp is always a little bit hungry. They can extend their anchor-like fin like a chain flail to remorselessly beat larger pokemon, wearing them down before the final bite.
Phantern, the Ghost Light pokemon
Phantern is a small ghost and fire-type pokemon from the Osai region. It likes to congregate around people, especially during festivals and celebrations. It likes the excitement and crowds, but can get so worked up that it spews fire uncontrollably. Phanterns love to play games and one of their favourites is leading people astray in the woods. Because it doesn't eat or sleep it isn't concerned if it gets lost, and does not understand why the people it was playing with are upset. It vanishes by daylight, hiding in shadows and dark areas.
Polterock, the Ghost Tomb pokemon
Polterock is a medium-sized ghost and rock-type pokemon from the Osai region. It harbours a grudge at being forgotten, and inhabits unattended grave markers, animating them as a substitute body. Its real body has never been observed, only the eye peering through empty space and a ghostly aura. When under attack it retreats fully into the stone marker, lashing out with eerie waves of ghostly energy before stomping its foes flat with the stone slab. Against larger enemies it just pretends to be a normal grave - it is not a terribly brave pokemon.
