//Today, my partner has discovered NIMM#███ dead inside its tank. After the autopsy, we discovered signs of heavy decomposition inside its diaphragm. We assume because of its dependency on the valves that it began to rot as soon as we let it out for examination. Having to dispose of it with the others is starting to take a toll on my mental health, not sure about ██ as he always seems indifferent, good or bad//
//It is now our ███th failure officially documented, ██ suggests we use the [SAMPLE] █████ provided for us. I hesitate to use it because of its violent background, but I have no further options to strain//
//██ has found an efficient method to extract from the [SAMPLE] with minimal injury. I had left the task to him due to an incident that almost ended my life. I was careless and paid no attention to the [SAMPLE]'s subtle movements. It could've impaled me right thru the heart if it wasn't for ██ overlooking right before it struck//
//The use of the [SAMPLE] has indeed proven useful. With each injection, NIMM#███ has shown more signs of stability than the previous incarnations. It no longer depends on the valves for support, as it can breathe and move on its own.
Right now, ██ is reporting the results to █████ and recording proof of our labors. We are confident that with it, we will provide the base for more grand, complex creatures that will indulge our patron's demands//
//My hands shake as I try to recollect the horror we just witnessed. Routine inspection showed no signs of instability. NIMM#███ responded and reacted more intelligently. It humored us as it attempted to mimic our speech as I took a blood sample from its left arm.
We did not predict that once the syringe left its body, it would twist and contort with such force and pain that it tackled both of us right to the ground. When we both came to our senses, we saw that the creature was deteriorating at an incredible speed. It's horrific cries finally ended once it had ripped itself completely apart, blood and gore splattered at every angle. Everything was red after the episode. All we had left was the syringe//
//██ woke me up in the late hours with a revolutionary discovery. The very same defect that caused NIMM#███ to be destroyed could be rewired into a rapid regenerative result. I am making sure I save as much of our blood sample as we can due to the accident destroying most of my research//
//Today, the patrons that represent █████ and ███'s interests had arrived and inspected NIMM for the first time. They seemed unimpressed with it at first and demanded we make another creature, with approval managers to make sure we stay on track. ██ was noticeably furious at their opinions and change of work environment, but I am ecstatic at the approval of another project//
I just had to do something gory for October! Poor Nimm went thru a lot -but hey- because of it's suffering, the rest came to be. Enjoy!
