This pic was taken 20 years ago on Oct 31 2000 when Marvin made his big debut at a downtown Orlando Halloween party.

The wearer of Horse could operate Horse's front legs, head, and make Dudley salute. Quite a remarkable costume/puppet.
I wonder if it still exists.
I don't know who this is, it's just a costume I saw there.

To me, it looks like it could only operate Horse's hind legs. But if it does operate the front legs, then those must be the skinniest legs I've ever seen.
