Trorse and Viktoria have an... interesting relationship.
Viktoria is rather annoyed by these "upstart deities" like Trorse, Ynaa, Kthaarae, and Kyth, but unlike the others, Trorse is right at Viktoria's level. As such, Trorse spends a goodly amount of time interacting with Viktoria and, much to Viktoria's shagrin, LOVES to mess with her.
So here we have Trorse dressed up as Viktoria for some silly fun ^^
But Trorse isn't quite at the point where she can make something from nothing... So where did she get the outfit from?
