The final prompt for Artober 2020 is 'Gem/Broken gem' and comes from elar-art.tumblr.com/. So I drew one of my favourite characters, Knuckles guarding his charge, the Master Emerald.
Now I did think of drawing Knuckles breaking or restoring the Master Emerald, but I reckon Knuckles could use a break, so I opted instead to do what is basically a re-creation of the final panel of this page of Eon's World: http://eonscomic.kitmyth.net/archiv.....splay/7.36.htm
I've learned a lot in the three years since then and I'm very pleased to find how much better I am at drawing Knuckles nowadays.
