At the moment, I am not working. I recently moved from Ohio to Texas and have been busy settling the estate. However, my liscensed is finally transferred. I go back to work soon. Hopefully at the local rural hospital. Its just 6 miles from my ranch.

Taking the NCLEX-RN was the most stressful test I've ever sat. I felt like I only knew half the questions for sure and guessed on the rest. However, I finished it in exactly 75 questions and passed just fine.

Oh wow, that is so nice to hear about the NCLEX! I recently took a "practice" NCLEX exam from a company called Arnett and was shocked at how many I missed!! But I still passed, and had I been taking the NCLEX it said I would have passed that too. It's just so shocking after getting out of school and feeling like you know so much, to realize there's always so much more to learn!
I just have to try to keep the anxiety down while I take the NCLEX x__x

Good luck with your new job! Was the hospital you worked at in Ohio not very rural? I bet it'll be interesting seeing the differences with this new facility. What Units have you worked on? I'm hoping to get into a Psych Unit myself...

Easiest way to get into a psych unit is to slash your wrists. Bah-dum-dum. *Grins*

My psyche rotation was hard for me because I'm geared towards the physical things I can correct or treat. In fact, as a nurse, my specialty is wound treatments.

omg I want to so so bad ya just don't even know. D: But unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to make it. I lost my job a few weeks ago and have no money, like, at all. And my dad has been giving me shit and being a real asshole because I finally have some free time for the first time in, uh, YEARS and I went to West Virginia for a few days last week to visit my boyfriend. So apparently that's the only vacation I'm allowed to have during my one month break (probably my last one for the next few years) even though I paid for everything myself with the little bit of money I have left. :\ Anyhow I'm rambling.
