The day was like any other, it was sunny and warm with an occasional breeze of cold air brushing by the nearby trees or other flora. Amber is in her room listening to music, lip syncing from time to time to her favorite band, Amber hears a slight knocking at her door glancing quickly to the right, The door opens quickly, it was her mother. She's a primarina, a water type, a powerful one at that! Amber still remembers the day when she had found her. She'd been abandoned by her actual family. It was a stormy night the primarina was on her way from a grocery run, since she was a water type the rain didn't bother her. A faint meow could be heard from the distant ally way, the primarina wanders in the dark, long ally the meow progressively getting louder, finding the source of the meow a tiny, malnourished shiny litten kit. The poor thing scared of her mind, sniffling, shivering, soaked by the furious storm. Primarina scoops the little kitten embracing her tightly rushing home.

"Amber dear I'm going to the store would you like to join me?" Ask her water type mother figure

"Sure I'll go with you! besides I might as well see if I need something while I'm there!" Said Amber, very ecstatic. She carefully removes her headphones and hops off the bed following her mother to the main door. Their walk to the store doesn't take very long and uneventful. The automatic door detects the two pokemon opening allowing them to enter the vast and colorful store.

"Alright honey if you want you can wander around the store I'll be grabbing a few thing here and there, it shouldn't take me long, but just try to not get lost" she warned

"Ok mom I'll be in the toy or snack aisle or somewhere around there!" The curious litten rushes off wondering if anything new is in stock. Amber scans the shelves of many various toys like video games, stuffed animals, dolls, and a few card games as well. Nothing really seems too interesting in this aisle, she moves on to the candy aisle walking through scanning quickly not really paying much attention to the brands of the candy. Reaching the end of the vast aisle the next consisted of something that made her flushed with embarrassment and peak of curiosity. She scanned the different brands and colors. So many to see and aisle of course faintly smells of baby powder. Investigating a little more, stood in front of her were whole shelves stockful of diapers, and pull ups.

Amber's eyes go wide notices a certain pull ups design. The design consists of a skitty on the waistband and heart wetness indicator, pink leg guards, with many, many little bows randomly scattered across the garment themselves. They were the same pull ups her 3 year old little cousin had worn when she visited a week ago. A chill runs down her spine as a strange feeling has overcome her, but this feeling is different because she had an unexplained urge to touch them. No it just seems weird and babyish she is 9 years old why would she even need them? but she wanted to know she 'needed' to know.

Primarina scans the sections of the store gathering the items needed on her list. She passed the candy and toy isles noticing neither of them were where amber were at. Peeking her head into the next isle having a bit of a suspicion of where she might have been. It wasn't really hard to find her since she sticks out like a sore paw within all the blue and pink. She observes her little kit as she takes the package off the shelf with a blush rushes through her cheeks and face. A faint purring could be heard. "I knew it!! "I thought it was weird when her cousin came over a while ago when some of her pull ups were missing and the suddenly 'appeared' back in the package but obviously messed up" she thought to herself. Amber quickly glances around putting the package back, leaving the aisle, primarina hides behind the shelves avoiding being caught, she quickly grabs a few packages of the thickest pull ups she could find along with a few other items. She quietly speed walks to Amber's side.

"Hey Amber what are you doing?" She said playing dumb

She jerked around quickly startled a bit "Well I just back from the toy and candy aisle and of course they just have the usual here nother really much new" Amber's eyes dart around the room trying to sound convincing.

"Well I'm ready to go when you are. I've gathered everything I needed!" "And of course I've a surprise here once we arrive home hehe!" She thought to herself all the fun she will have with her "kit"

The duo walk to the front of the store to the check out lines emptying the basket of all the contents she will soon buy. The moments have melted as they have returned home. Primarina sets the grocery bag on the kitchen counter waiting for the right time to give Amber the 'surprise'. She takes the pull ups out of the bag hiding them behind her then enters her room.

"Honey I have a 'little' surprise for you!" She said with a sing song tone

"Oh what is it, is a new pair of headphones, a movie or perhaps a video game?" She stares at her mother unsure of what she might even have

"Well it's something different than those things and well it's these!" She exclaims showing her the poofy package of pull ups

"Mom you know I don't need these anymore right I'm potty train you know?" She gives her a confused and unsure look

"Well I just thought that they look adorable and decided to grab them and well.." Amber's face redness up quickly "and I saw you in the aisle holding them!" She gives a little smile whilst her tail swishes a s little back and forth

"But I was.. I.. No.. It's not like I… umm.. Wait! It's not what you think it is…" Her mind broke unsure of what to do next she just lays there blushing, glancing around the room

"Are you sure you looked like you enjoying yourself and it would be nice to have my little kitten back!" She pointed out

"Yeah.. I guess that would be nice but promise me this though please don't tell anyone about it or tease me too much"

"I promise, are you ready honey?" She opened the pink package spilling some of the thick and poofy pull ups onto the bed

"They're thicker than I imagined! She squishes the undergarments under her paws listening to them rustle and crinkle with each other movement, Amber purring reflex kicks in, bouncing around on the bed

"Well I see you're very excited, alright let's get you ready!"

She lays Amber down on her back, grabbing one of the pull ups opening it allowing her to kinda step into it, Amber's paws and legs enter into each of there designated leg holes. She stands up as her mother finishes the job moving the pull ups up towards her rear and slipping her daughter's tail in the tail hole.

"So how does it feel and what do you think?" Encouraging her adorable little daughter

"It feels amazing, it's very thick and… and..!" She embracing her mom with tight, loving hug

"Aww honey you're so sweet!" She wraps her paws around her, lifting her off of the bedside quickly raising her in the air "I love you Amber!" Giggling and giving a goofy smile

"I love you too mom!" Smiling back with little crinkling here and there

They giggle, they laugh and embrace each other's love even more, playing a few babyish games like peekaboo or hide and seek or Amber just babbling like a little baby again.

Primarina prepares a meal for Amber grabbing different types of berries and some poke food for protein and a baby bottle full of warm milk. Amber gives her 'chef' a smile as thanks gobbling down the berries and food. Primarina scoops up her kit as she finishes her meal walking to her room. She lays on the bed cradling Amber feeding her the milk. Amber was hesitant at first but swallowed her pride, suckling on the rubber nipple. The milk was creamy and warm as it dripped down into her stomach, the bottle empties after a few minutes. Amber lets out a satisfied sigh but in return a different sensation, kinda like a damp and warm feeling, she looks down towards her pull up, covering her face as it turns tomato red.

"Honey was wrong?" Her daughter didn't answer, she just blushed even more. Her mother looks down noticing the heart in the middle had vanished. She slightly squishes her pull up realizing that it's completely soaked! , so she takes her daughter onto a changing mat ripping the sides of the pull up and disposing it in a nearby trash can. Primarina takes a wet wipe and gently cleanses Amber's nether region. Amber of course shivers since it's cold to the touch. Next she applied a thin layer of baby powder whilst slipping the new pull up on her.

"They're all done!" Satisfied with her work she scoops up Amber cradling her once more for a big hug!. "You're mad at me for wetting my pull up?" Asked amber nervously

"What? Of course not, it was just an accident and besides that they are used for helping those that have an accident or to help kits like you feel more confident and comfortable!" Rescuing her daughter but she still seems like it is not the right thing. It just doesn't feel right to Amber

"But i… i.. It..-" she had been cut off by a soft and soothing shush from primarina

"It's ok honey here let me sing you a lullaby and we can talk more about it in the morning ok?" Amber gives her mom a slight embarrassed nod "that's my little kitten!" She sings her lullaby Amber's become more and more heavy

"Her voice is so soothing, but is it really ok for me to indulge in this, oh well I don't really know I guess I should sleep. Thanks mom… for… everything… you..do" Amber thought to herself, she is now asleep awaiting the next adventures her and her mom will have. The duo rest easy until the morning sun will await them, smiling down with it's warm embrace.
