The #5 Crested Dragon adopt for mistingwolf. Details are still WIP by her, but one thing that is known is that the character is from somewhere in the North Africa, West Asia region (IE, The MidEast). The only other thing known is that he's a bit taller than Dakara is (as seen here in the ref).
