Since the last time I posted a 'guess what this is' worked out so well, I'm gonna try it again.

What is it and what is the model.

KFXcoon and Lofrum are really close.

It is indeed a band saw, in this case a semi updated version of a cast iron bandsaw design that's been in use for decades. It's a Rockwell Model 14, this harkens from the early 80's, since it has the aluminium wheels. The rest of the saw is prety much iron and steel, and weight quite a bit.
