I'm fingering Pancake this time around (...you know what I mean). He's the only unassigned suspect thus far with any experience with chemistry, which would be essential for setting up that color-mixing puzzle.
If all the accusations I've made thus far are accurate, then Charley turned either Jak or Kit (the other having been turned by Azure), and Mat's left as the one who'll turn Azure. Unfortunately, the evidence doesn't seem conclusive.
In the absence of any better evidence, my hunch is that Charley turned Kit, and Azure turned Jak. That way, the chain of culprits and suspects will form a single closed loop, which would make it relatively easy to set up.
