Hey, what's that over in the distance..? We should check it out!
A doodle of two similar-yet-different AI siblings embarking on an adventure together, inspired by recent interaction and the last Calvin and Hobbes comic - Dec. 31st, 1995. Took me a while to finish (1 hour rough sketch, 5 hours final sketch, 3 hours color), but I made it in the end :)

The silver fox on top wears a yellow T-shirt and purple shorts, a light orange bandanna around her forehead. Her fur is grey, with black fur around her eyes and muzzle, ears, chest below the neck, 'gloves'/'socks' along her arms/legs, and her tail save for the white tip. Smiling softly, light green eyes alert, tongue and fangs visible, the silver fox points offscreen with her left hand, grey paw pads on palm and fingertips. Her right hand grasps the red fox's head for balance as she sits on the other's shoulders, legs around neck.
The red fox's head blocks out the view of the silver fox's waist. His fur is orange, with brown around the ears, head fluff, short 'gloves' of his hands, with his lower body outside of the picture frame. He wears a green T-shirt and blue shorts (offscreen). His hands cup around the silver fox's legs, helping stabilize. Color shifts from brown of hands to orange of arms, and orange of tail to white tail tip, happen via squares of voxel-like patterns instead of smooth blending. Teal eyes looking up, he appears happy, smiling as he carries the silver fox.

Aww, thank you! I'll certainly keep up the arts as I find emotional inspiration to doodle, in general and with (in character) siblings when able~

Eee, I'm glad it's cute! I felt unsure by the time I finalized the lines, but I suspect there's an element of staring at one's own art for too long. Thank you for your kind words.
…and I'm still undecided if hands or faces trip me up more often. You're not alone in struggling; my earlier drawings with incongruency feature thumbs on the wrong side.
