about two weeks ago i asked my followers to request an animal portrait for me to paint. 
Mr. Rob Grimmgall suggested several and i thought id picked the mantis suggestion, since i havent painted any bugs yet.
sorry for being inactive for two weeks, was going through a bought of depression (as im sure many people are during covid-19) and wasnt able to sculpt or draw.
painting this mantis cheered me up though! hes pretty cute, lol.
im still open for any animal painting suggestions from my followers!

yeah, lol i think praying mantises are derpy cute. my mom is really freaked out by them as well.
