BushyCat drew this for me at Morphicon. Lounx is looking for a place to post the "High Water" warning sign, but is having trouble locating the street. Meanwhile, her character (Mister Claudius?) is busy rescuing little critters from the Tennessee floods. (I think Lounx may be a bit off course... there aren't any Indiana highways in Tennessee.)
