Caustic brought the cloth in his hand up to Bangalore’s mouth.

“Please, don’t do this!” She begged, pulling her face away from Caustic’s hand. “Your plan sucks! MPH!”

She gagged as Caustic shoved the cloth into her mouth. He pressed it in with his pointer finger as he untied the previous gag from her neck.

“Sffp! Pff!” Bangalore begged as Caustic tied the cloth around her mouth, pressing the wadded cloth farther back and keeping it in place. He knotted the rag several times behind her head. She felt the cloth pinching into her scalp over her short hair.

“Much better,” Caustic said as he admired his handiwork.

“Mph!” Bangalore seethed over the gag. It was much tighter and thicker now. She could barely close her lips around the cloth in her mouth.

“That’s how you gag a subject.” Caustic mused to Wraith.

“Freak,” She shot back, rolling her eyes.

She's tied to a chair in the fic, but I couldn't find any picture that would work for that. Guess you could crop this from the bottom until you reach the ropes if you wanted it to somewhat match.
