I think it's cute that she believes she can intimidate with a big knife. So cute.

Oh you got her wrong. Knife is just easier means to do it, She can just punch someone to death anyway.

She may not have any magical or mystical powers, though. It's related to the lore behind her which i never really have uploaded here, or have made a nice documentation of.

But basically it's future setting (like few more centuries later in Earth), with Mutants and Genetically Enhanced / Modified Humans. and yes, she's one of those Mutants.

Correction, she can TRY to punch someone to death. Mutant or otherwise, it always comes down to skill in the end. Don't worry, I'm sure that the big and bad she-wolf is a threat to those not so big and bad. I just hope she doesn't expect the same reaction they give to those who know how to hold their own.

I mean you're not wrong. Skill is very important.
But, She indeed has skills, and power to back it up. Her personality IS indeed, "I'm the strongest and best!" arrogant type.
However she also does know that there might be stronger, badder warriors out there.

That's when she treat them with some respect. In fact, there are character(s) she'd consider as "brothers/sisters" in plan.
Well let's say in this context, let's see she met someone stronger or equally strong, had a fight. She might lose, or not get a win.
Then she'll probably say "Hey, actually - you win. You sure know how to fight." and then go to a bar to grab a drink with them.

Though i don't know about your tone "Correction". I'm sorry but that part just sounded like you know everything about her or something and i don't really like that..

Oh, no. I didn't mean it that way. I was just playing a bit snide. I also have a fighter that prefers to respect people through combat, so I know what you're going with here, and it's always a fun type of character to consider. It's good to know that she has actual strength and skill behind those muscles and looks.

I wasn't saying that she had no skill, I was just indicating that regardless of her strength most duels are decided by skill. I'm glad that she can handle herself.

Ah, I getcha. I wasn't sure if it was actually argument, or just "playing snide" as you said. ( I actually also had to look up "snide", i guess i learnt a new word today. )

I can be a bit touchy at times, and I had this character even before i was even a furry. So you can probably guess the amount of attachment i have to the character.

Speaking of that, she actually went through many iterations on her style to be honest.

First she wasn't really -this- strong, I'd say about 60% of what she is now. Instead she had a huge gunship that can house all her men, and she could just spray shells from above.
However as i kept drawing her i gave her more "Alpha" looks and feel, and also thought "It makes no sense for someone like her to just hide inside a flying metal can!"

So i scrapped the idea of gunship captain, But rather a savage hunter that would charge and cut people into bloody chunks.
Then of course, in real life running towards someone armed with gun with a knife is begging for suicide. So i have thought of few ways how she doesn't have few million holes in her.

First being incredible speed and agility gifted from her beast blood. Naturally superior to her enemies who are usually humans.
Second being the all the experience she has. It's not exactly set yet, But currently i'm thinking she has 20+ years of experience.

Third is actually a bit different, But a quite valid one for her lore. So, she's from much further in future.
The world maybe be in crappy shape, However few more centuries wasn't just wasted time - So in her world, medical technology is a lot more advanced.

To the point where if one's brain is intact, it doesn't matter if they lose like everything else. They can just make a new body and implant the original brain.
Naturally meaning, let's say she lost a limb or two in battle. She can be sent back to base, then have a new arm merged to the lost part, a fully organic one.

That plus some "modifications" to her body that makes her permanently stronger than natural state. However, not everyone deals well with those.

That all sounds pretty cool. So how did she end up coming back to our time if she's from a future like that and more importantly, how did she get the regeneration styled technology to come with her? Honestly, it just sounds like she's a huge deal of fun to be around.

Also, I don't see why she can't have all of this and still just live in a gunship like that if you still wanted it. Just having it doesn't mean that she prefers to use it. Sounds like firing canons would just be boring for her eventually.
