One of the more serious dangers of working in an oceanic laboratory isn't storms or fires, but sudden transformations. With the stuff going on at the lab, sudden transformations into anthro animals is a constant threat. Luckily, the company insurance policy has provisions for those that suffer Sudden Metamorphic Situation (SMS). You will be compensated for the time off work required to adjust to your new body, as well as company experts to help you cope as a new creature. Just because you are no longer human doesn't mean you can't be a productive member of the company family!
