Finally, somebody new.
(10/20/22: I decided to come back & give him a fully fleshed out BIO. rather the half assed rush thats been sitting her. I plan on doing the same for Chiichii & Angie, so here is the new & improved backstory of our favorite raptor)

Born during the late Cretatious Period, Vester was living his life when suddenly, his life changes upon encountering Chiichii, on an opperation to take down a rogue gloop jumping through time. After assisting her in the mission, he was offered the opportunity of a lifetime, to come with her and escape the terrifying imminent age of extinction.
Now in the forests of Present day Canada, Vester terrorizes the local game hunters, deforesters & poachers looking to ruin his precious ecosystem. when he's not, he is either taking his vore-mones out on Rizzo, or being Chiichii's favorite Labrat.
Being the subject to her many (Humane) experiments, Vester has slowly developed many new abilities such as his skin becoming very rubbery and stretchy, making him able to swallow dinos and prey nearly twice his size, and for more stretchy, pleasurable squirms. Her latest experiment has granted him the ability to switch between reproduction organs, and (thanks to some bonus DNA from Roxy) he can even make himself heavily pregnant at will, when ever he want, how ever long he wants, how fast he wants, months or even years.
although mischievous, he is very playful in nature, is highly respectful to females (especially pregnant females) and never attacks nor eats those who are injured, as he sees it as an unfair advantage. Despite being an apex predator, he cares heavily for his friends and the environment.
Vester is a cheeky velociraptor who loves to pounce on creatures and swallow them whole, sometimes for food, sometimes for pleasure. Pregnant or Vore, if you rub his belly good enough, he will love you and trust you with his life. ;)

Trivia:
- He Identifies as both a Velociraptor & a Utahraptor, as none of his friends, neither Chiichii, can decide which ones he is,
-Despite the movies being his favorite, he claims the Jurassic park franchise is heavily inaccurate to his life back in the Cretateous period, for instance most dinosaurs actually knew how to talk.
- Although it may not appear it at first, Vester & Rizzo indeed get along as friends, their relationship revolves around friendly rivalry, and even various cases of willing vore scenarios.
- His favorite food are Coyotes, fish, Pigeons & Rizzo
- He claims he once actually knew a Saurolophus named Ducky, he has hundreds of stories about her.
- Because of the many experiments done on him, centered around splicing DNA with his peers, Vester has gained many super Abilities ranging from:
. Being super agile, continuous stamina; result of splicing his DNA with Chiichii
. Rubbery, shiny, puncture proof skin; an unintended positive side effect Chiichii's DNA
. Self Fertilization; result of splicing his DNA with Frog DNA
. Super fast Gestation; also a result of Chiichii's DNA
. Being extremely fertile & able to carry Live young in his womb; result of splicing his DNA with Roxy's
. The ability to refrain from digesting food.
. Superior strength, and can even carry passengers in his stomach

BTW this isn't the 1st time you've met Vester as he is the very velociraptor who scored a kiss with  UzaRuza's Tess. I guess you can say I was testing the waters with him
