I have a couple of questions for ya, what part of Texas are you in? How many hives do you have going currently? What flavor of honey are you collecting mostly?

im in conroe, i have four hives spread out over my town, and as for honey the only thing i can describe it as is wildflower.

Conroe.... ? I can't place is at the moment. I am looking for a Texas bee farmer so that I can acquire honey to make mead. Wild flower might vary in taste just a bit but it is best for brewing.
Let me know if you are interested and relatively close to Dallas.

well conroe is about 3 and a half hours south of dallas but last season wasnt good so we might not det that much honey for a while.

ouch, sorry to year about a bad season. from what I think I know that can take another season or two to catch up right?
