One of them would be the condensing breath.. running fire wolfy has breath that poofs forwards? Try having a long trail back, unless that's the breath in back of Shay's head. Also, the rain seems too thick. Narrow it down to a sliver and go hog wild with the ripple effects in the water, so much that they overlap and nearly obscure the water, except under Shay. Also, dial down the marks on her forehead. Make them less luminous or something, unless it's part of her character. It would let her eyes stand out a bit more. I like the tinted rain, though, glowing as it's lit up by her passing nearby. Her fur is nice, as is her "Yuck! Rain! I'm getting wet! I hate water! Aaaugh!" expression. ^^ Hope I helped.
